Police and Crawley firefighters were called out to deal with a serious car fire during yesterday (Thursday 3 Sep) morning’s rush hour.

The incident occurred on the A23 roundabout on Ifield Avenue and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus needed to use 2 hoses to bring the fire under control.

No one was injured in the fire.
