Reigate and Banstead Mayor’s chauffeur talks to Susy Radio about how a day at the coast with his wife took a dramatic twist

David and his wife Sandra went on a boat trip from Brighton Marina when they noticed a man floating face down in the water. Their actions together with prompt action from lifeguards from the shore, helped to save the person’s life.
