Gatwick Airport’s Passenger Advisory Group Is Recruiting New Members

Gatwick Airport’s Passenger Advisory Group is recruiting new members to represent the views of passengers.

The group is a subgroup of GATCOM, the airport’s independent consultative committee. It makes recommendations on all aspects of the airport’s passenger experience.  The Passenger Advisory Group has 16 members who volunteer at least 12 days per year to monitor facilities and services at the airport and help with continuous improvement in customer service.
