A man has been charged with a double murder in Crawley Down. 

Daniel Appleton was released from hospital on Friday and later charged with two counts of murder.  A murder investigation was launched following the deaths of Sandy Seagrave and Amy Appleton. They were both found dead outside a house in Hazel Way after police were called to the address on the 22nd December. 

Daniel Appleton remains in custody and is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court today.
