The Met Office has issued a Level 3 Heat Health Alert for Sussex and Surrey.

The warning comes after forecasters predict temperatures of 30°C on Friday and Saturday.

Hot weather can affect your health especially the elderly, the very young, and people with pre-existing medical conditions.

 If you know or look after someone that may be affected by the hot weather please help make sure that they stay cool and check in advance that they are prepared.
