Elmbridge has Surrey’s lowest coronavirus rate per 100,000.

It was the only area in the county to be put in Tier 2 before the current lockdown when it then had Surrey’s highest rate.

Figures from last week show Spelthorne now has the county’s highest Covid-19 rate per 100,000.
