Bus pass rules are to be relaxed to help pensioners and vulnerable people get to early-morning COVID-19 vaccinations.

Concessionary bus pass holders can travel for free in West Sussex before 9.30am from next Monday ( 18 January). 

Roger Elkins, Cabinet Member for Highways and Infrastructure, says that he hopes this will make things a little easier.
