Covid cases in Reigate and Banstead are the highest in Surrey

Covid cases in Reigate and Banstead are the highest in Surrey according to the latest figures.

Data released on Monday revealed 126 cases in the borough in the last seven days and a rate of 84.7 cases per 100,000 people. This is higher than the average across both Surrey and England.

Woking is the next most affected borough, with 80 cases and a rate of 79.4.

An advertising van is currently driving around the area reminding residents to get vaccinated and tested and anyone aged 21 or older can book their vaccination now.
