Six community centres in Crawley will open as warm hubs from today.
The ‘Winter Warmers’ hubs will allow visitors to spend time in a heated location with access to hot drinks.
The Council’s Cabinet agreed at its meeting last Wednesday to open the six Winter Warmers in Bewbush, Broadfield, Furnace Green, Ifield West, Langley Green and Tilgate. Opening hours vary but some centres open at 9 am and others are open until 8pm.
A full list of the Winter Warmers hubs in Crawley is as follows:
Monday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 1pm to 5pm
- Bewbush Centre, 9am to 5pm
- Ifield West Community Centre, 3pm to 7pm
- Langley Green Centre, 9am to 3pm
- Tilgate Community Centre, 9am to 6pm
Tuesday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 9am to 3.30pm
- Langley Green Community Centre, 9am to 3pm
- Ifield West Community Centre, 3pm to 8pm
Wednesday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 11am to 8pm
Thursday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 12 noon to 4.45pm
- Ifield West Community Centre, 3pm to 8pm
Friday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 9am to 5.30pm
- Bewbush Centre, 9am to 4pm
- Tilgate Community Centre, 9am to 12 noon
Saturday
- Broadfield Community Centre, 4.15pm to 8pm
