Draft Local Plan: Tandridge DC Urges Residents To Have Their Say

Tandridge District Council is urging residents and businesses to make sure they have their say about the Draft Local Plan before the deadline.  The consultation runs until 5 pm on Monday and is an opportunity for residents to comment on the legal compliance and soundness of the plan.

The draft plan sets out a number of proposals for the district including a new garden community of around 4,000 homes in South Godstone, new healthcare facilities and new schools. It also sets out measures to alleviate flood risk.

The local plan has met opposition from Godstone Parish Council and the Oxted and Limpsfield Residents’ Group.
