Crawley Town earned themselves a hard-fought point at Blundell Park on Saturday afternoon as Harry Kewell’s men played out a goalless draw with Grimsby Town.
In the Bostik Premier Division, Merstham lost 3-2 away to Wingate and Finchley.
In the Bostik South, Horsham lost 1-0 away to Ramsgate and South Park also lost 2-1 away to Greenwich Borough. East Grinstead are bottom of the table despite a 1-1 draw against Ashford United.
Crawley Town’s coach Harry Kewell says tomorrow’s game against Grimsby will be tough – but he is confident in their ability.
They will be without Lewis Young and Dean Cox who are both out with injuries, and are still waiting on whether Thomas Verheydt will be fit to play.

Coach Harry Kewell said the game ‘wasn’t pretty’ but he’s ‘delighted’ those who travelled to the Globe Arena went away happy.

Some of our local teams were battling it out in the FA Trophy preliminary round on Saturday. East Grinstead are out of the Trophy after losing 4-2 at home to Lewes. Horsham lost 8-0 away to Cray Wanderers. South Park hold Brentwood Town to a replay after their 3-3 draw. The replay is tomorrow at South Park’s ground in Whitehall Lane in Reigate. Kick off is at 7.45.
