Crawley Town’s Matt Harrold says there’s plenty of competition for places in the squad which gives Head Coach Harry Kewall a range of options.
Speaking after scoring twice during 45-minutes on the pitch during their win against East Grinstead on Saturday, the striker said everyone has to earn a place in the team due to there being so many good players.
The Reds are currently in pre-season training before their first League match against Port Vale on 5th August.
Crawley Town’s first match of the pre-season schedule took place on Saturday with a 6-1 win away to East Grinstead Town.
New Head Coach, Harry Kewell opted to field two separate teams for either half, to get vital minutes under the belts of all his players.
