Beryl and Pegs in Reigate recently won Surrey Life Food & Drinks Award 2019 for Local Tea/Coffee Shop of the Year.
Our presenter Annie Whitmore spoke to Lesley Haylock, who set up the café with her business partner Debbie in 2014.
It was the culmination of a dream the pair had over a 25 year period.

A Day in the Death of Joe Egg is the latest production at the Archway Theatre in Horley.
The play is based on writer Peter Nichols’ own experience of raising a handicapped child.
In this adaptation a couple uses black comedy to get them through the stress of taking care of their severely disabled son.
The play is directed by Joseph Booton who joined presenter Annie Whitmore to chat about his directing debut.

ROZALLA, who gained the name “The Queen of Rave” after her 1991 success with “Everybody`s Free” spoke to Susy Radio`s Neil Munday in possibly one of the best telephone interviews ever conducted on Susy Radio set up by her representative and friend, Jonathan Dahl, who messaged Neil the next morning stating:
“Rozalla text me saying it was one of the best interviews she has done and look forward to more when the album is out”
Rozalla`s single is out now from all good download stores and the video available on You Tube. The album, which the title is still to be announced, is due in 2020.
