Five more years for Crawley Wellbeing

The Crawley Wellbeing Team will continue to support residents for another five years.

The team, based at K2, is part of the West Sussex Wellbeing Programme, which has been renewed until April 2027.

Crawley Wellbeing offers one-to-one sessions in various programmes with a trained Wellbeing Advisor.

Programmes include:

  • Being active
  • Healthy eating, including cook and eat courses
  • Weight management
  • Smoking cessation
  • Alcohol reduction
  • NHS Health Checks
  • Workplace health
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Falls prevention

Councillor Chris Mullins, said:” This is fantastic news for the town. The Crawley Wellbeing Team provides a valuable service and the renewal of the partnership with West Sussex County Council for a further five years is testament to the great work that they do to improve people’s health and reduce health inequalities in Crawley.”

The Programme is a partnership between West Sussex County Council and district and borough councils to improve the wellbeing of the population.
