Here’s that recipe for Garlic  Pesticide

Put 2 garlic BULBS ( not cloves) into 2 pints of water.

Simmer until soft allow to cool.

You may need to sieve the result.

Top back up to 2 pints and store in a lidded jar.

 Add 2 tablespoons of the garlic liquid to 2 gallons of water with 2 tbs of thick washing-up liquid.

Using a rose on the can, sprinkle the liquid over the hostas.

Repeat every two to three weeks.

 Not guaranteed as a full cure but is helpful!
