Work begins today to install some multi use games areas (MUGAs) in Whyteleafe and Caterham. 

These will be versatile spaces for playing football, basketball, netball and tennis.  Two tennis courts will be converted at Whyteleafe Recreation Ground, and one tennis court will change at Queen’s Park in Caterham.  The new facilities will provide more opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy a variety of sports. 

To complete the upgrades, the courts will be closed for around eight weeks while the work takes place.
