County Mall in Crawley has introduced what it calls an “improved” parking system following complaints from some users.

Visitors can now use a simple, ticketless entry system with contactless payment available directly at the exit barriers.

The shopping centre said the new system in the car park was cashless.

While no fines are being issued, the exit barrier will only lift once payment has been made.
