A rescue dog has been waiting 800 days for his “forever home” has been adopted by a couple in Reigate.

Lurcher, Rocky was left in the care of the Dogs Trust in April 2019 then returned to the charity in January 2023 after his first adoption did not work out.

But for Imogen and Robert it was ‘love at first sight’ when they met him at the Harefield centre.

Rocky went home with the couple just before Easter and has settled into his new home.
