The top three places in the Combined Counties Premier Division should be finalised later this week.
Jersey and Redhill FC finished the season in first and second place respectively but both had three points deducted for fielding ineligible players. Redhill has appealed this decision; a hearing is expected to take place this week when the final league positions will be decided. If Redhill wins their appeal, they will be top of the table for automatic promotion. The points are so close at the top of this league that if Redhill loses its appeal and has three points deducted, they will finish the season in third place, meaning AFC Whyteleafe will become top of the table for automatic promotion.
Meanwhile Redhill FC has issued a statement saying it is working with Cobham FC to finalise a 3rd versus 4th play-off semi final at Kiln Brow as instructed by the League. The Lobsters will promote the fixture as soon as they have a time and date agreed by all.
