Tandridge District Council want to build 16 new affordable rented homes for local people on our housing register at the former Methodist Church site in Hurst Green.

The plans include:

  • 5 one bedroom apartments, for two people.
  • 6 two bedroom apartments, for three people.
  • 2 two bedroom apartments, for four people.
  • 2 three bedroom apartments, for four people.
  • 1 one bedroom wheelchair accessible apartment, for two people.
  • 24 parking spaces.

The homes will be net zero carbon operationally. They will use renewable energy such as solar panels and air source heat pumps and will be built to maximise energy efficiency.
