Over 102,000 vaccines have been administered in the area to date, which includes 39,300 people who are now fully vaccinated – giving them the maximum possible protection against the virus.

The news comes as UK and US aviation bosses have called on world leaders to make “opening up of the skies” a top priority when they meet at the G7 summit in Cornwall this weekend.
