Former Crawley foster carer charged with child sex offences

A former foster carer in Crawley has been charged with child sex offences.

94-year-old Stanley Taylor, is charged with 21 sexual offences involving three young girls over several decades.

The allegations cover the period between 1971 and 2009.

Sussex Police first received a report in November, 2019, and an investigation was launched.

Mr Taylor is on conditional bail and is awaiting trial on 8 March 2027.
