A 45-year-old man who fell asleep at the wheel, has been jailed for causing death by dangerous driving.

Kolawole Erunkulu, pleaded guilty to killing 59-year-old, Philip Dray on the A23 in Merstham last August.

The Taxi driver was sentenced to six years in prison, disqualified from driving for 8 years and must  carry out an extended retest if he reapplies for his licence.
