Surrey police are appealing for witnesses after a suspected racially aggravated incident in Earlswood Common carpark on August 17.
Officers received a report of an incident that took place between 2pm and 2:15pm, during which the driver of a vehicle reportedly sounded their horn and shouted racial abuse at a parent and child.
They are keen to speak to a man and woman, both believed to be in their mid-30s, who were driving a White Mercedes A-Class hatchback and two men who were travelling in a van in the area at the time, who made have information about the incident.
