A drunk builder who drove into coned-off motorway roadworks killing a highways worker has been jailed for 10 years.
38-year-old, Vilius Domarkas crash into the coned off area killing Anthony Howe on the M23 at junction nine on July 8.
He had just flown into Stansted Airport from Lithuania, where he had been in rehab for his drinking.
As well as the prison sentence, Domarkas has also been banned from driving for 16 years and eight months.
