Sylv has been Presenting since the age of 16. She’s devoted over 30 years to Hospital Radio, worked as a Presenter at Radio Luxembourg in the 80’s and has been on-air at the BBC for almost two decades.
Sylv has hosted both high-profile and charity events, interviewed hundreds of amazing local folks as well as numerous celebrities over the years. She’s the voice of Travel and somehow manages to make chaos on the M25 sound calm & bearable!
She’s laughed on-air, cried on-air, sheered a sheep on-air, broadcast from the top of a Cherry Picker, been both a Cow and a Rat in Pantomime(!) and undertaken all kinds of ‘crazy’ for Children In Need!
On top of all this, Sylv is a Nurse in the NHS, working in the mornings’ at a GP Surgery in Godstone.
Sylv says making ‘magic’ whether it’s on the Radio, Voiceover work or Nursing, is about doing it like you love it with every fibre of your being.
