Bewbush Fight

Sussex Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to come forward after a fight in Crawley on the evening of Sunday July 27th.

Seven people were arrested and subsequently released on police bail while the investigation continues.

District police commander Chief Inspector Justina Beeken said that they are working with Crawley Borough Council and other agencies to tackle the issues that caused this incident.

For the council, Councillor Chris Oxlade noted that a lot of positive work takes place in Bewbush and that the neighbourhood has a great sense of community which wouldn’t be undermined by such events.
