4 men have been arrested in Horley for illegally being in the country.

They had been working at Khushboo in Balcombe Road when they overstayed their student visas.

The restaurant could be fined up to £80,000 unless it can be proved appropriate right-to-work checks were carried out, while the men face deportation.

Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a woman in Horley.

It happened in the afternoon on Saturday 12th of August in St Bartholomew’s Church graveyard.

People around the area with CCTV are being asked to check their footage for anyone acting suspiciously.

Two women escaped with only minor injuries after their Mini overturned on the M23 near Gatwick over the bank holiday.

It led to 50-minute delays around lunchtime on Monday while Fire Engines from Reigate, Godstone and Salfords attended.

The road was opened later at 3pm

Molly Cass was performing with the Ace Dance Academy when the call came through on Sunday.

She went into theatre at 9 am the next day and is said to be recovering well from the 6 hour operation.

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Tandridge District Council have sent an important form to residents to check the correct information appears on the electoral register for their address.  

The Councils ask residents to make sure they respond to their household enquiry form as soon as possible.  The annual check ensures that the electoral register is kept up to date; with local elections taking place in May 2018 the Councils say checking and returning the form is an important opportunity for residents to make sure they’ll be able to take part.
