Redhill Robberies: Man Arrested

A man’s been arrested following a spate of robberies in Redhill.

Between Monday, 19 January and last Thursday, (29 January) 10 similar offences which involved three offenders had occurred in the area surrounding Marketfield Car Park.

The offenders were demanding cash, jewellery and phones and have on several occasions suggested they are carrying a knife to threaten the victims.

A 17-year-old boy from Earlswood was arrested on suspicion of robbery last Friday (30 January) and remains in police custody at this time.
