Windows have been smashed in a vandalism spree at East Surrey Hospital.

It is believed a catapult was used to fire various objects around the hospital site in Redhill.

In one instance a window to a ward treating elderly patients was broken.

A car windscreen was also smashed.

Officers from the Reigate and Banstead Safer Neighbourhood Team have increased patrols in the area following the incidents last Wednesday.
