Surrey Police tackle Child Sexual Exploitation

Local businesses are being encouraged to keep a look out for the warning signs of child sexual exploitation.

Surrey Police has launched Operation Makesafe and it is hoped hotels, taxi companies and licensed premises will get involved.

The police are reminding everyone that if you see something that isn’t right and you are concerned that a child or young person is being taken advantage of, you should contact police on 101.  If it is an emergency always dial 999.
