Help Available in Surrey Throughout Christmas For Mental Health Crisis Support

Four Safe Havens in Surrey, offering help for adults experiencing a mental health crisis, will be open throughout Christmas.

The Safe Havens offer a friendly environment for anyone needing an informal chat with a professional without needing a pre-booked appointment. Each Safe Haven is staffed by an NHS mental health practitioner and two trained Safe Haven workers. The Safe Havens are located in Woking, Guildford, Epsom and Redhill.  The Redhill Safe Haven is situated at the Wingfield Resource Centre and is open from 6 pm – 11 pm every day including the Bank Holidays.

The Samaritans are available 24 hours a day during the Christmas period, and children can visit Kooth.com for online counselling sessions until 10 pm each day.
