A father and son from Smallfield have been given suspended sentences for breaking into a care home.

The Chapmans, both called Richard, along with their friend Billy Hodges were charged with burglary of a care home in Horley in October.

Their 16-week prison sentence has been suspended for 12 months and they have been made to pay compensation.
