Assault outside Horley takeaway leaves man with serious head injuries

A man is in hospital with serious head injuries following an assault outside a takeaway shop in Horley.

The incident happened at 12.35am on August 15 after two groups of men were seen arguing outside the takeaway on Victoria Road.

Investigating Officer Detective Constable Jen Trudel said: “This was a serious assault and we are sure there must have been witnesses to what happened. If you were in the area at the time please get in touch by calling 101 and quoting PR/45200085886 if you have any information whatsoever about what happened.”
