Coronavirus Cases Fall

As figures continue to fall the UK’s recorded just one new death from coronavirus in the government’s latest daily figures, with just under one-and-a-half-thousand new cases.

So far, 50 million vaccine doses have been given – while 15.5 million people have now had both jabs.

As shops start to reopen, Neil Williamson from West Sussex County Council’s advice for businesses is to “Clean things that are regularly touched, keep premises well ventilated and if there are cases amongst staff, they need to isolate.”
