Award winning singer Clare Teal and her Mini Big Band to play at the Harlequin

Following on from the release of her new album Twelve O’clock Tales, the UK’s Queen of Swing Clare Teal is bringing her Mini Big Band to the Harlequin Theatre to play tracks from the album.

Interview: Learn to Cycle with Confidence

Cycling is a great way to get exercise and get around without having to think about parking or traffic jams. But how did you learn to ride a bike? Did you learn as a child or an adult? Cycling teacher Jonathan Spearman enables non-cyclists to get on a bike and ride with confidence in less than an hour. Tess Lewsey spoke to Jonathan who told her about his interest in two wheels and the teaching work he does.
