Football Update

Crawley Town slip to 12th place in League 2 following their 3-0 defeat at home to Carlisle United on Saturday.

Dorking Wanderers were down to 9 men in their away match against Concord Rangers.  Despite sendings off for Alfie Rutherford and Wes Fogden, Dorking won 3-1 and remain in second place in the National League South table.

Football Update

Once again there are two results to bring you from Saturday while the non-elite teams take a break due to the second lockdown.

Crawley Town slip to 9th place in League 2 following their 1-1 draw away to Harrogate Town. The Reds return to action this Saturday as they face Carlisle United at the People’s Pension Stadium.

A hat-trick from Jason Prior helped Dorking Wanderers to a 4-1 victory over Tonbridge Angels.  Dorking Wanderers move up to second place in the National League South table.

Football: Dramatic FA Cup 1st Round Win For Crawley Town

There are just two results from the Susy Radio area, with only elite teams playing since the Government’s second lockdown started on Thursday.  

Dorking Wanderers won 3-2 away to Dartford on Saturday.  Dorking are in fourth place in the National League South table.

Crawley Town are through to the second round of the FA Cup after a dramatic 5-6 win away to Torquay United yesterday.  The game went into extra time after ending 3 all at full time.  The second round draw is tonight at around 10 past 7 on BT Sport.  Crawley will be ball number 17.  The next matches will be played at the end of this month.

Football Update

Crawley Town move up to 7th place in League 2 after their 2-1 victory at home to Cambridge United on Saturday.

East Grinstead remain unbeaten this season after winning their League match 2-1 away to Phoenix Sports.  The Wasps remain in 3rd place in the South East Division table

In their first match under new manager, Harrison Williams, Redhill lost 4-1 against Sutton Common Rovers at Gander Green Lane.  

It was good news for Horley Town who are through to the second round of the FA Vase after beating CB Hounslow 5-1.

Horsham are out of the FA Trophy following their 1-1 draw at home to Welwyn Garden City.  The Hornets lost 5-3 on penalties.  Three Bridges are also out losing 4-1 away to Needham Market.

Saturday saw the last game for a while for some of our local teams due to the Government’s second lockdown.  League 2 and National League South matches will continue; Susy Radio will bring you updates from Crawley Town and Dorking Wanderer’s league fixtures.

Tuesday’s Local Football Fixtures

 

Some of our local teams are in action tonight.  

Crawley Town host Tranmere Rovers who are three places below them in the League 2 table. The Reds are currently in 13th place.

Three Bridges travel to Chichester City in their Isthmian League South East Division match, and third place East Grinstead visit Phoenix Sports.  Whyteleafe are at home to Burgess Hill Town.  South Park travel to Chipstead tonight for their South Central Division match.
