Police patrols increased in response to Finsbury Park attack

Police in Sussex and Surrey are meeting with local Muslim groups to discuss any concerns following the terror attack in Finsbury Park in London.

Deputy Chief Constable for the two forces, Bernie O’Reilly, says security is being reviewed and there will be targeted patrols to reassure local communities.

He’s also said the recent incident reminds us “terrorism is not limited to people from any particular background” and it’s important the public work with the Police during this time.
