British Airways apologies after more IT problems

British Airways has apologised for delays at Gatwick yesterday, caused by a temporary problem with its check-in system.

Passengers faced long queues and had to be checked in manually after the 20-minute computer failure.

The IT issues also affected Heathrow and come 2 months after a similar incident at the airline caused 75,000 people to be stranded at airports around the world.
