Below:  Marketfield Road Car Park has been permanently closed

Work has started on Redhill’s Marketfield Way development.  Marketfield Road car park is now permanently closed and has been fenced off to install site facilities.  Demolition of the vacant properties in the high street, and site preparations will take around three months to complete. 

Once complete, the development will house a multi-screen cinema, improved shopping and leisure facilities and new homes. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2022.
