Rotary, Round Table and Lions clubs normally take Santa out to most towns and villages, but some have this year, reluctantly, decided to cancel their plans due to Covid.

Others however will still go ahead with a socially distanced version. Children will be asked to wave to Father Christmas from windows or doorsteps as he tours round streets in Redhill, Reigate, Earlswood and Merstham.
