Public hold two minutes silence for Armistice Day

People across the Susy area will hold two minutes silence to mark the Armistice today.

The silence at 11am will commemorate the 103rd anniversary of the end of the First World War and to remember those who have lost their lives in both world wars and all conflicts since.

Further services will take place this Sunday at war memorials around the country with The Queen leading the National Service of Remembrance from The Cenotaph.
