Reigate and Banstead Borough Council has successfully prosecuted a takeaway in Horley for public health reasons. 

The Council was awarded full costs of over £6,000.  The business owning the Lee Garden Takeaway received fines totalling £20,000.

The fines were for repeated failure to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
