Disruption to Benefits and Services

Some of the benefits and payment services from Tandridge Council won’t be available for a short period whilst they introduce a new online system.

The new system will make things quicker and easier for residents and businesses to deal with the council, when it comes into force later this year.

But, before it can be introduced, they need to move all of the information over to the new system, which means there’s likely to be some disruption.

It’s estimated that some of the council’s services may be out between 1st September through to the 4th of October.
