Man wanted over drugs found in hotel

Image-Sussex PolicePolice have named a man who they want to speak to over drugs being found in a Crawley hotel room.

25 year old, Reiss Castello, has links to Crawley and South London.

He is described as black, with short dark black Afro-style hair.

Police were called to a hotel in  March after staff discovered a quantity of drugs in one of the rooms.

Anyone with information about Mr Castello can call Sussex Police on 101.

Free flu vaccine now available for 4-11 year olds

Children across West Sussex are being offered a free flu vaccination as part of the health service’s biggest ever flu protection programme.

The vaccine is available from GP surgeries for children who were aged two to three-years-old.

However this year children from reception class to Year 6 will be offered the nasal spray vaccination.

People aged over the age of 65, pregnant women and adults and children with underlying health conditions continue to be eligible for a free flu vaccination.

BURGLARY AT PHONE SHOP IN CRAWLEY

Officers are investigating a burglary at a phone shop in Crawley.

On the 21st of November police arrived at the scene in the early hours of the morning to find the glass window at the front of The Martletts store had been smashed where a number of phones were stolen. 

Three men were seen on CCTV to approach the store with a crowbar, a large wooden construction mallet and a large builder’s sack.They were dressed in dark clothing and had face coverings on. It is thought they approached the store via a footpath from the direction of Memorial Gardens, and fled the scene in a black Audi A4.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to call 101.

LIFESAVING GIFT ON THE CHRISTMAS LIST FOR PEOPLE IN SURREY

A lifesaving gift is on the Christmas list of 69 people in Surrey this year.

According to NHS Blood And Transplant,69 people in Surrey are facing Christmas on the waiting list for a organ transplant. They join more than ,6000 people across the UK, including over 180 children, awaiting a life-saving gift.

Families in Surrey are being urged to share their organ donation decision this festive season so that their loved ones know what they want when they die and so more patients can receive the transplants they need.

DEPARTURE OF CRAWLEY TOWNS HEAD COACH GABRIELE CIOFFI

Crawley Town have announced the departure of head coach Gabriele Cioffi. 

Cioffi had been in charge of the club since September last year when he took over from Harry Kewell. The Italians departure follows on from a run of just one win in eleven league games.

 Assistant Edu Rubio will fill-in for the meantime as head coach of the Reds, who are currently 17th in the table.
